We are looking for a Qualified Audi Senior to join us who is comfortable in an evolving environment and enjoys solving a variety of challenges that contribute to meaningful outcomes.

- Deal with correspondence from clientsÂ
- Agree timing of work/scheduling with clientsÂ
- Ensure the planning memorandum is produced, identify risk areas and most efficient method of gathering audit evidenceÂ
- Delegate, supervise and review work of seniors and juniors, ensuring the file is complete and all review points addressed before it is passed to the Partner or ManagerÂ
- Monitor work in progress on all jobs within the portfolio, communicating any potential problems and write offs to the Partners or Managers on a timely basisÂ
- Monitor budgets for fieldworkÂ
- Excluding audits, be aware of other MHA services and products which may be appropriate to the clientsÂ
- Monitor filing deadlines and ensure deadlines are achieved, including corporation tax and Companies House filings.Â
- Review work and complete staff assessment formsÂ
- Provide technical advice and guidance to more junior staff and give detailed help and training as required, to ensure skills are improved to enhance future effectivenessÂ
- Monitor the performance of staff working on jobs; including giving feedback after files have been reviewed and completing audit review form at the end of each job, noting any training and development needs that have been identifiedÂ
- Act as point of liaison with client re: information or queries where appropriateÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified with strong experience leading audits (planning to completion)Â
- Newly qualified or 1 year of post qualified experience required
- Supervisory experience – ability to manage and delegate effectivelyÂ
- Client focus and commercially awareÂ
- Communication – oral and written, ability to deal with variety of people in different environmentsÂ
- Organisation skills – the ability to juggle a number of different tasks at onceÂ
- Team building skillsÂ
- Problem solving skillsÂ
- Ability to work under pressureÂ
