Eilish Haughton

Eilish Haughton is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and Partner at Baker Tilly Ireland, with over 20 years of experience providing audit, assurance and business advisory services to Irish and international organisations.

She advises a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and charitable organisations to Irish subsidiaries of multinational groups and internationally funded entities. Her sector experience spans Pharma, Life Sciences, MedTech, technology, manufacturing, construction and financial services.

Having trained in a mid-tier practice and subsequently spent over a decade with two of Ireland's leading professional services firms, Eilish has developed extensive expertise in statutory audit, financial reporting and assurance services. She has significant experience working with listed entities, Public Interest Entities (PIEs) and complex multinational group structures.

Eilish specialises in statutory audits, group reporting engagements and risk-based assurance services. She has extensive experience coordinating audits across multinational organisations and working closely with overseas audit teams to deliver efficient, high-quality audits that meet local and global reporting requirements.

She is highly experienced in risk management, internal controls and governance reviews, helping organisations strengthen control environments, improve operational effectiveness and meet evolving regulatory obligations.

Eilish has a particular interest in supporting businesses operating within Ireland's growing Pharma, Life Sciences and MedTech sectors, helping organisations navigate complex regulatory and commercial challenges while supporting sustainable growth.
