Eilish is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of extensive expertise in audit, outsourced accountancy, and business advisory services. 

Her diverse industry experience spans not-for-profit, manufacturing, retail pharmaceutical, construction, professional services, and financial services.

She plays a pivotal role in closely coordinating with clients and team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely, and efficient services.

Before joining her current firm, Eilish spent a decade with two of Ireland's top five firms, preceded by training at a mid-tier firm. Throughout her career, she has overseen audits for subsidiaries of major multinational corporations as well as smaller, privately owned Irish businesses across a wide array of sectors. She possesses significant proficiency in advising and supporting clients in adopting the “Charities SORP” framework, particularly in the realm of Charities and Not-for-Profit entities.

Eilish brings considerable experience in conducting systems and internal control reviews, offering valuable insights aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and cost efficiency for her clients.
