Baker Tilly is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Hogan as Corporate Finance Partner.

Greg has more than 20 years’ experience working in corporate finance, strategy and operations and private equity. He has worked closely with management teams and entrepreneurs, family owned businesses and mid-market companies, helping them to achieve their funding, growth and exit strategies.

Greg joins Baker Tilly from Renatus Capital Partners, a Private Equity fund focused on growing Irish and UK mid-market businesses. Prior to this, Greg was Commercial Director at an Irish SME, developing the business internationally and has sixteen years’ Corporate Finance Advisory experience, working with top tier accountancy firms.
