We are beyond delighted to announce that iSupply Limited, who employs 47 people in Galway, has exited examinership.

In March, Mr. Dessie Morrow was appointed as the examiner of iSupply, a digital and offset printing company. Their services range from graphic design, large scale and outdoor signage to car and van decals.

Mr. Morrow welcomed the news and also advised that struggling companies should look at all restructuring options:

“I am delighted that Galway-based I Supply, in business for over 25 years and having 47 staff, has secured its future.

The underlying business was fundamentally sound with legacy debt having brought it to the brink.

Too often, companies in financial difficulty fail without fully exploring restructuring options such as examinership. The support from creditors together with the integrity and hard work of all 47 staff has allowed this company continue in business. It was with great pride that I was able to brief staff following the approval of the Court to tell them that their livelihoods were no longer in jeopardy. I wish them all the very best and hope they never look back.”

In February, iSupply was granted permission by the Circuit Court to enter examinership.

Recent years have also seen iSupply provide digital services including web design, photography services, digital display content, video and audio production, and brand consultation and development.

Since iSupply’s inception 25 years ago, they have been a ‘one-stop shop’ for all businesses including start-ups and established companies that are rebranding. The company also offer their services as part of an ongoing marketing plan.

The company was restructured through new equity investment and the provision of an invoice discounting facility.
